Sina Farzaneh was born in Paris to Persian parents and was raised in Palo Alto. This "third culture" upbringing instilled in him a strong appreciation for the relativity of reality and he further enhanced his ability to juggle various dimensions simultaneously by studying cultural anthropology and philosophy (ethics) at UCSB. Since falling in love with photography while on a trip to Morocco in 2002, Sina carries a camera with him as often as possible in order to capture what he calls "that which has no words", namely the inherent beauty in all people, places, things, and others.
